Full Time - Experienced
Advanced Practice Registered Nurses / Physician Assistants
Seeking an energetic full-time, experienced CNM to join our collaborative OB/GYN practice. Southern Crescent Women’s Healthcare is a private group practice located south of Atlanta in a beautiful suburban community, close to both the country and city. You could choose to live in an intricately planned suburb connected completely by golf cart paths for hiking, running and simply enjoying nature. Or, if a fast-paced urban setting is more your style, living in the heart of downtown Atlanta is also feasible, as it is within driving distance of the practice sites. Southern Crescent Women's Healthcare approaches nurse-midwifery philosophically, believing in the purpose and calling of CNMs. Midwifery is not looked upon as a means to extend physician time, but as a special & unique way to care for pregnant women and their families in our community. We are looking for a team player who is interested in a busy practice setting with some high risk OB co-management. CNMs also first assist with C-sections. Someone who is solution oriented and has an optimistic outlook will flourish within our group. SCWH cares for patients at both Piedmont Fayette and Piedmont Newnan Hospital; the hospitals and staff are supportive of CNMs. Our physician's and CNMs work well as a collaborative team, and on call MD back-up/support is readily available. We offer a competitive salary with benefits including: liability insurance coverage, medical and dental insurance, retirement savings plan with practice contribution, optional short term & long term disability, and generous continuing education allowances. Come be a part of this fantastic organization - focused on delivering high quality healthcare to the women in our community. Check out our website: www.scwhobgyn.com to learn more about the practice.
Candidate must be eligible for CNM license in the state of Georgia. Prior CNM experience preferred, but will consider a new graduate with strong L&D experience.
