Advanced Practice Registered Nurses / Physician Assistants
Full-scope Certified Nurse Midwifery position available as a 1.0 FTE to join 2 experienced full-time CNM's in practice within a small community hospital Call coverage 1:3 for 24/7, including weekends. Primary responsibilities include full-scope office days, birthing center triage, labor/birth and post-partum care. Collaborative practice with 24/7 OB/GYN MD coverage. CNMs are primary call for all prenatal clients. Full scope, and water birth experience preferred. Births occur at our well-established, high-touch, low-tech in-hospital birthing center. Master’s Degree required.
License and Certification Requirements
Must have or be eligible to obtain Vermont Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license with prescriptive authority from the Vermont Board of Nursing, in good standing with no restrictions or stipulations.
