Midwives For Haiti EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Job Summary We are a successful international non-profit seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our organization, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively to meet our goal of increasing access to skilled maternity care in Haiti. In this role, you will provide leadership, working with the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers and community partners. You will ensure that programming and services are aligned with our mission and that we are working together to successfully achieve our vision that pregnancy and childbirth are safe for mothers and babies in Haiti. We are seeking a dynamic, innovative leader who is aligned with our values and will continue to enhance our efforts through positive leadership.
Successful applicant will be based in the USA, preferably East Coast, and must travel to Haiti 3-4 times per year, for 2-8 weeks per visit.

We operate a school which trains Haitian nurses to become skilled birth attendants, a birth center in a rural area of Haiti, and support maternal health programs and our graduates in numerous settings.
