Northern Valley Indian Health, Inc. (NVIH) is a growing private, non-profit tribal corporation that has been providing outpatient only medical and dental services since 1971. Other services available provided are Behavioral and Mental Health, Women’s Health, Pediatrics and Outreach and Community Health. Our service areas include areas of Glenn and Yolo Counties and portions of Butte, Colusa and Tehama Counties with thriving healthcare clinics in Chico, Willows, Red Bluff and Woodland. Our team is made up of physicians, psychiatrists, OB/GYNs, certified nurse midwives, mental health clinicians and therapists, substance abuse counselors, dentists, dental hygienists, registered nurses, license vocational nurses, medical assistants, dental assistants, public health nurses, registered dietitians and much more. To qualify you must have a current California licensure as Certified Nurse Midwife, current California Certified Nurse Midwife Furnishing License, DEA number registration preferred, current CPR BLS Certification, ACLS certification preferred, excellent oral and written communication skills and must work well with other health care professionals.
