Fairview Health Services is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join the multi-specialty practice at Fairview Clinics Riverside .
Join a team of 6 Certified Nurse Midwives and 7 Physicians
Deliveries performed at: University of Minnesota Medical Center- Fairview, adjacent to the clinic.
Admitting Hospital: University of Minnesota Medical Center Fairview.
CNM group averages 50-60 deliveries per month
Average of 22-28 patients per day in clinic
Schedule details : 3 day clinical work week - includes clinic and on-call time
Call Frequency:1:7, with 24/7 in-house OB emergency support
Established referral base of Fairview employed primary care andsub specialtyphysicians

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and formal Nurse Midwife training program.
Have a current, or be eligible for a MN APRN license and be approved or eligible by the Minnesota Board of Nursing for prescription writing privileges.
Be certified through the American College of Nurse Midwives (ACNM)
Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for credentialing and privileges.
New graduates will not be considered. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNM is required .
Fairview Clinics Riverside is a multispecialty clinic serving a diverse patient population, adjacent to University of Minnesota Medical Center- Fairview in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood of Minneapolis..
There is an expectation that CNMs will see clinic patients at The Riverside clinic and one additional Fairview community clinic.
