Cooley Dickinson Health Care an affiliate of Massachusetts General Hospital is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA, NP, CNM, CRNA) to join our team. The Patient Safety Manager leads Cooley Dickinson Health Care (CDHC) efforts to prevent, identify, mitigate, communicate, and remediate safety hazards and promotes risk reduction best practices, culture, education, and active leadership. This is a highly visible position that involves working closely with medical staff and departmental leadership to continue expanding a culture of safety across the organization.
This position reports to the Director, Risk Management, Patient Safety, and Regulatory Compliance and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
This is a full-time position, that will split their time between an administration and clinical role. It offers a desirable Monday through Friday schedule. The administrative portion of this role will make up roughly 75% of the time and will be located at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, MA. The remaining 25% of this role, will provide clinical services in a department that reflects the candidate’s area of specialty.
