Small physician owned group practice in beautiful Portland Oregon is seeking an experienced mid-wife (CNM) to complete the five-person independent midwifery portion of the practice. The physician group provides strong support to the midwives while still allowing them to practice independently.
The practice model is caseload care, with two or three clinic days per week and call shared 1:5. The midwives provide care at two hospitals, one of which provides water birth for their clientele. Clinic is full scope of care, including gyn, birth control, annual exams, and pre/post-natal care.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, work well within the midwifery group and collaborate with physicians. Qualifications include the ability to place IUD’s and Nexplanon and experience with water birth.
