As a Clinical Coordinator you will assist the Administrative Director with primary responsibility for the daily operation of the office, ensuring adequate staffing, supplies, and patient flow resulting in excellence service to our patients. To provide supervision of the non-exempt office staff assistants and medical assistants. To provide nursing care and assume responsibility and accountability for patients during their office visit and follow up between visits.
You would also be responsible for serving as information/communication liaison between office staff and practice manager/supervisor, conducting regular staff meetings and utilizing numerous other forms of effective two-way communication. Lead site improvement initiatives, monitors practice budget and expenses including CME accounts in collaboration with the Practice Manager and Demonstrates knowledge and skills vital to provide care appropriate to newborn, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including knowledge of growth and development, the ability to acquire and interpret information to identify patient needs, and provide the care needed.

Bachelors degree in nursing required. Licensed in the state of Delaware.
BLS and CPR Required
Minimum 5 years office practice experience; supervisory skills preferred
