Atlantic Health System is seeking a full time RN, Clinical Supervisor for our outpatient center at Women's Health at Hackettstown, Newton and Sparta.
In collaboration with Practice Administrator and Practice Manager, the RN Clinical Supervisor is responsible for scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll management and shares responsibility for counseling, disciplining and recommending termination as well as interviewing, hiring and orientation in accordance with AMG policies and procedures.
Provides patient care, educates patients and/or health team members about various health conditions
Demonstrates knowledge base on the health status of patients using evidence-based practices / clinical guidelines
Administers medications and other health therapeutics in a safe and timely manner
Effectively collaborates with other members of the health team and influences behavior of others to facilitate the establishment and achievement of shared goals
Ensures compliance in accordance to federal and state regulations, fosters a culturally diverse environment
Demonstrates cultural competence in interacting with team members and clients/patients
Communicates to superiors, peers and employees and routinely provides others with the information they need to do their jobs
Inspires staff and generates commitment to program and project goals
Provides leadership, guidance and acts as a resource to staff
Minimum four (4) years RN experience, NJ RN License
Two (2) - three (3) years experience preferred
Physician practice experience desired
