Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a full time RN, Clinical Supervisor for our outpatient center at Women's Health at Hackettstown, Newton and Sparta.Responsibilities In collaboration with Practice Administrator and Practice Manager, the RN Clinical Supervisor is responsible for scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll management and shares responsibility for counseling, disciplining and recommending termination as well as interviewing, hiring and orientation in accordance with AMG policies and procedures.Essential Functions:Provides patient care, educates patients and/or health team members about various health conditionsDemonstrates knowledge base on the health status of patients using evidence-based practices / clinical guidelines
