The Mayo Clinic Nurse-Midwifery Fellowship is a 12-month postgraduate program in the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences. Each year, the fellowship program will admit two certified nurse midwives. Midwifery fellows can choose between an Entry-to-Practice cohort, focusing on new midwives or midwives returning to practice desiring additional clinical training and mentorship, or the Advanced Level cohort, focusing on midwives that have at least three years of clinical experience and desire additional skills in high risk and complex obstetrics.
