WellSpan Health, an eight-hospital system serving the communities of central Pennsylvania, is seeking a Full-Time Certified Nurse-Midwife to join their practice in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. The nurse-midwife will be joining a multidisciplinary OB/GYN group consisting of OB/GYN physicians, certified nurse midwives, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. This community practice serves Franklin County and surrounding areas. About the Opportunity

• Collaborate with physicians, other certified Nurse-Midwives, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, WellSpan Maternal-Fetal Medicine team

• Full-time position; Full scope midwifery care; Inpatient and Outpatient

• Perform Deliveries at Chambersburg Hospital with a Level 2 NICU 
• Passionate about growing our midwifery team and supportive of physiological birth, VBACs, labor tub, and wireless monitoring
• Low cesarean rate

• In-House Call responsibilities include management of labor, obstetric triage, and postpartum, first assist with C-sections.
• Successful candidate will be energetic, compassionate, flexible, self-motivated, and knowledgeable in all aspects of midwifery
