Seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Certified Nurse Midwife for full-scope care in a freestanding birth center

Sacred Roots Birth and Wellness Center is a midwife owned, state licensed, and CABC accredited birth center located in Indianapolis, Indiana. We are seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife to join our growing team as we open a second location.

As the only established freestanding birth center in central Indiana, Sacred Roots has developed strong professional relationships with community partners and continues to nurture these. Our unique birth center practice environment includes excellent, trained administrative and clinical support staff to support our nurse midwives. Back-up is always available to ensure a safe environment for both our clients and our providers. In addition, our Registered Nurse birth assistants are salaried with 24/7 coverage for clinic, postpartum home visits, and births.

Position:

• Provide full-scope midwifery care and attendance at births in our freestanding birth center
• Your full-time schedule will typically include 2-3 clinic days per week and shared call with every 4th weekend
• All client visits scheduled for 30-60 minutes with typical clinic day of 10-12 clients
