Our team of Lifestyle Medicine specialists use evidence-based behavioral interventions to prevent, treat, and manage chronic disease. They provide consultations and work closely with IHA health coaches, nutritionists, and support teams to ensure all patients receive the education, support, and assistance needed to improve their overall health and wellbeing.

Interested candidates must be Board Certified by the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine (ABLM).
