Job Summary The Certified Nurse Midwife is responsible to provide preconception, antenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care, as well as routine gynecological care and family planning services in the OB/GYN department.  CNM will also be responsible to provide health education programs for patients and the community to include prenatal classes, the aspects of pregnancy, labor, birth and the first weeks after birth, breastfeeding, infant care and parenting.  They will provide care and health education for the age specific population including adolescents, adults and geriatrics. Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; Evening and Weekend Call Involvement.
