Advanced Practice Registered Nurses / Physician Assistants

St. Joseph Hospital is seeking a Per Diem Obstetrics and Gynecology nurse practitioner to join its compassionate team in Orange, California. This position works closely with a team of nurses in the fast-paced OB Triage department where they prioritize care for pregnant patients. Experience with labor and delivery or women's health is therefore ideal. Join a caring and supportive team while working in beautiful sunny Southern California.
Per Diem 1 night shift per week and PTO coverage can be on both days and nights
Work with patients with primary focus on the last half of pregnancy, but also see some first trimester complications as well as first 6 weeks post-partum
Excellent location in heart of Orange County
2 years' experience preferred
2 years of L&D RN experience required if NP is not in Women?s Health
New graduate Women?s Health NP accepted
A very busy OB Triage unit, led by Nurse Practitioner?s, using AWHONN?s Maternal Fetal Triage Index algorithm.
A high degree of Autonomy
Collaborates with the OB hospitalist and other members of the care team
Compensation is between $148,754 and $197,433 per year
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted
