Job Description Responsible for overseeing the claims function, ensuring the timely and proper disposition of all claims made against corporation, licensed professionals and other employees from the identification of a claim through the resolution of the claim.Principal Accountabilities:Reviews new claims with in-house counsel regarding liability and management plan. Engages in arbitration and mediation and supports defense counsel in case resolution. Reviews quarterly defense counsel litigation reports and assists in strategic defense of the case. Posse
