The Opportunity: Fairbanks Memorial Hospital (FMH) is in the process of establishing an OB/GYN Hospitalist service to bolster our obstetric care and build a maternal safety net. With approximately 1,000 births annually, FMH serves as the only community hospital for more than 350 miles, providing crucial support to Alaska residents including Alaska Native commu
