CNM for UNC Health Women's OBGYN Care

UNCPN/ UNC Health Women?s OBGYN Care is seeking a CNM (Certified Nurse Midwife). If this is the position for you please apply! 

Responsibilities: 

• Well OB-woman exam 
• Infertility services 
• Pre-pregnancy counseling 
• STD screening and treatment 
• In-office procedures and more 

Qualifications: 

• Graduation from an accredited CNM training program 
• One or more years of full panel midwifery experience preferred 
• North Carolina licensed

Education Requirements:
? MSN required.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
? Must have current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina. Certification as a Nurse Midwife is required.
Professional Experience Requirements:
? Three years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
? Demonstrated clinical competency.
? Effective leadership skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
? Demonstrated written and verbal communication and strong analytical skills.
? Effective interaction to ensure the successful care of patients in the clinical setting.
? Documentation in the medical record to substantiate accurate billing.
