Mercy Health Spring Valley Midwives is actively seeking a passionate, full-time Certified Nurse-Midwife to join our esteemed practice in Holland, Ohio. Job Details: 

• Schedule: 36 clinical hours per week, including 4–5-person 24/7 call rotation at St. Vincent’s hospital (level IV).  
• Patient Access: Facilitate access to both current and new patients at Spring Valley Midwives, fostering continuity of care and patient satisfaction.  
• Onsite Ultrasound: Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art ultrasound technology onsite, enhancing diagnostic capabilities and patient care. 
• Patient Panel Management: The Midwife will participate in a shared patient load, while also contributing to the growth of new patient volume, providing a dynamic and engaging practice environment. 
• Virtual Visits: In line with modern healthcare practices, virtual visits are an available option when deemed appropriate, allowing for flexibility and accessibility in patient care delivery. 
• Scope of Practice: With a focus on women's health, responsibilities will encompass a range of services including gynecological, preconception, antepartum/ intrapartum/ postpartum care, ensuring comprehensive care for our patients. 
• Established Office: The chosen provider will step into an established office setting with a robust patient volume, fostering a supportive environment for professional growth and development.

Candidates must be Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs), licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Ohio, and graduates of an accredited nurse-midwifery program. While 1–2 years of midwifery experience is preferred, we welcome applications from highly motivated new graduates. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to mission-based care, with a focus on access, equity, and quality. Success in this role also requires the ability to collaborate effectively within a team-based, patient-centered practice environment.
