ChristianaCare is currently seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team to support new growth in Sussex County, DE while also serving an established patient base. This position is 100% subspecialty work in Urogynecology with no general gynecology or primary care. We are offering the opportunity to work independently at a satellite location, supported by a collaborative team and robust infrastructure.

About the Practice

ChristianaCare's Center for Urogynecology and Pelvic Surgery is a high-volume, well-established outpatient practice with a long-standing history of excellence in the community. The practice is staffed by three experienced surgeons, two experienced advanced practice providers, and three continence nurses, offering a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

Position Responsibilities

* Independently evaluate and manage patients with pelvic floor disorders including:
- Urinary incontinence
- Pelvic organ prolapse
- Overactive bladder
- Fecal incontinence
- Recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs)
* Provide patient education and counseling
* Assess patients for potential surgical referral and coordinate with the surgical team as needed

Qualifications

* Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Delaware
* Certification in a relevant specialty area (e.g., Women's Health, Family Medicine)
* Prescriptive authority and DEA registration (or eligibility)
* BLS certification required
* Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Urogynecology, Women's Health, or Urology
* Proven ability to work independently and manage a patient panel
