EMPI Analyst - Chart Correction
Job Description Maintains the integrity of the Enterprise Master Patient Index. Analyzes work queues to identify medical records to be merged or corrected. Analyzes, assesses, and performs chart corrections and EMPI maintenance, ensuring one record per patient is preserved and that the integrity of each record is maintained. Works with close supervision and within established policies/practices and guidelines.Principal Accountabilities: 1. Maintains the integrity of the Enterprise-wide Master Patient Index to ensure patient health information resides under a unique medical record number.
