Job Description The Training Content Specialist plays a key role in designing and delivering engaging digital learning experiences that support onboarding, role-based training, and ongoing employee development across departments. This position collaborates with training leaders and subject matter experts to create high-impact content that aligns with instructional design principles and organizational standards. Core responsibilities include producing professional training videos using but not limited to Adobe Premiere Pro and developing interactive eLearning modules with Adobe Captivate.
