Position: OB/GYN Physician (MD/DO) - UNC Women?s Health at Eden

About the Practice
For over 25 years, UNC Women?s Health at Eden has provided comprehensive Obstetric and Gynecologic care to the northern?central North Carolina community. The practice currently includes two OB/GYNs, two nurse practitioners, and a dedicated clinical staff.

Position Highlights

• Scheduling options: Flexible full-time, part-time, and per-diem positions
• Call: 1:3 with a goal of 1:5
• Work mix: Approximately 50% Obstetrics and 50% Gynecology; ~10 deliveries per month per provider

Compensation & Benefits(full-time)

• Competitive first-year salary guarantee at national benchmarks, discussions starting at $368,000 - $398,000.
• Sign-on bonus and $15k relocation stipend
• Potential loan repayment up to $75k awarded over time, and $1500 monthly trainee stipend during residency
• Quality and productivity bonuses, plus additional pay for APP supervision
• Comprehensive insurance (health, dental, vision, life, disability)
• 37 days of front-loaded vacation time, increasing with tenure
• 403(b) with employer match and 457(b) retirement plans
• Paid parental leave, CME allowance with time off, and coverage for licensure fees and malpractice insurance
• Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness

 Qualifications

• MD or DO, North Carolina medical license or eligible
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG or AOA)
• Must meet credentialing criteria for UNC Rockingham medical staff

Eden is in the Piedmont Triad region-approximately 25 miles from Greensboro and within a few hours of both the NC mountains and coastal areas.
