About the Opportunity:

• Join our team as a Laborist Certified Nurse?Midwife (CNM), where you’ll enjoy a predictable and focused schedule averaging seven 24?hour in?house hospital shifts per month—perfect for midwives who thrive in an acute, team?based obstetric environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and fellow nurse?midwives who value your clinical voice and expertise. As a group, we average approximately 60 births per month at WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital, offering a steady and meaningful obstetric volume.
• Serve as first call for obstetric and gynecologic patients during your 24?hour shift, ensuring timely, comprehensive, and patient?centered care. Your role will be vital in supporting labor and delivery, triage, emergencies, and inpatient women’s health needs—truly practicing full?scope midwifery in a collaborative hospital setting.
