About The Position and Our Practice The University of Rochester Division of Midwifery is seeking to add a faculty midwife to our growing university-based practice.  You will join 14 other midwives in providing care to a large community of families in and around the Rochester and Finger Lakes, N.Y. region. We are a longstanding, autonomous practice with a strong reputation both in the community and in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. All midwifery staff are faculty appointed in the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and are expected to contribute to clinical education and demonstrate a commitment to academic work.
