We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic OB/GYN team at IU Health North in Carmel, IN

Position Details:

• Full-time, Days
• Monday-Friday
• No weekends, holidays, or call
• 100% outpatient
• Procedures include I&Ds, endometrial biopsies, Vulvar biopsies, incision and drainage, birth control implant insertions
• Patient volume in office: 60-80/wk

Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Conducting thorough assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans for OB/GYN patients
• Testing and Diagnostics: Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests to inform patient care decisions
• Documentation: Accurately documenting patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up care in electronic medical records
• Education: Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventative care.
• Follow-up: Providing follow-up care to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaboration: Working closely with physician and collaborators and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, coordinated care

Qualifications:

• FNP or WHNP board certification required.
• At least 1-3 years of clinical experience working in women's health / OBGYN required. 
• Ideal candidates will have experience in OB/GYN outpatient setting or family practice with gynecological experience. For new grads, experience in labor and delivery preferred.
