Midwifery Care Associates, a small private practice in central NJ, is looking for an experienced CNM to join our group. We attend births at home and at Capital Health Hospital in Pennington, NJ. We have an amazing back up situation and have been supported by the hospital system for 35 years. Our ideal candidate is a CNM who is passionate about homebirth and shared decision making both with clients and each other. As CNM’s we really feel like we are living the dream, following the midwifery model of care and providing continuity of care in our home to hospital transfers. Our call schedule is (non consecutive except for vacations ) 10 days first call, 10 days back up call and 10 days off per month.
