With Women Wellness, a primary full-scope midwifery practice in Manchester, CT, is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled Certified Nurse Midwife to join our team. We provide gynecological and obstetric care in office, with 24/7 birth/on call services for our patients provided at Manchester Memorial Hospital. Our on call schedule would be 1:7 with a reasonable office schedule as well. Our current midwives typically enjoy a 3 day work week. Our compensation package is highly competitive. We enjoy a pleasant, collegial, collaborative agreement with our back up physicians. Our practice has a great reputation in the community for providing a personal, holistic experience in patient care.

Salary is competitive and will be commensurate with experience, scheduled hours, and additional skills possessed (ie contraceptive procedures, ultrasound, first assist, and colposcopy). Benefits include: vacation, health insurance, STD/LTD, 401k, life insurance. Call schedule and office hours are somewhat flexible within the practice needs for coverage.

Requirements: Graduation from nurse-midwifery program accredited by the American College of Nurse-Midwives, Current certification by the American Midwifery Certification Board, Licensure by the State of Connecticut as a Licensed Nurse Midwife and Registered Nurse, Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers, Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) Certified. Experience preferable, but will consider new graduates.
