The Danbury Midwifery Group is searching for a midwifery partner who is interested in a part time/.5 FTE position!  We operate Connecticut’s only freestanding birth center, the Connecticut Childbirth & Women’s Center and maintain privileges at Danbury Hospital.  Our birth center is an established CABC accredited center, we have been open since 1997.  We are privately owned and midwifery run.  We are conveniently located directly across the street from Danbury Hospital, a mid-sized community facility with LDRs, in unit anesthesia, an ob/gyn resident teaching program and a Level IIb NICU.   Our full-scope care includes obstetrics as well as gynecology care, family planning and contraception, teen and adolescent care, menopausal care
