DescriptionThe Lead Charge Nurse (AN1) is responsible for assisting with the clinical management and administrative coordination of the unit. The position is a combination of clinical and administrative responsibilities. Coordinates multi-facility elective or urgent admissions, and transfers within the UCLA Health System, under the supervision of the UD, CNM, and Director of Patient Placement.
